At ShopZaza, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
